After such a great experience with David helping us find our first rental apartment when we moved to Montréal, it was only natural that we would go with him again when we decided to purchase our first home! He was always courteous and understanding, SUPER patient with us with changes to our needs and what felt to us like hundreds of questions that we had, and completely reassuring with complications that arose with the sellers before, during and after purchasing, no matter how inexplicable and extraordinary.
