I found my investment property

I reached out to David since I knew him from earlier days when he was an analyst. Since I was looking to buy an investment property, I felt that his analytical background would bring me value, as I am also numbers driven. I felt he would help me look at things objectively, staying away from emotional decisions, and he did. David and I had to be patient, as the market is not the best for buyers at the moment, but with perseverance and constant dialog we met my objective. After finding the property and making the offer, David made constant followups on all fronts to ensure I could navigate through the process. I am now owner of an investment property I’m comfortable with and that I believe will help me reach my financial goals in the long run.
