Definitely the best at what he does!

It was my second transaction with David - I never want to deal with anyone else when it comes to real estate - and this time I bought a condo for investment purposes. If I am honest, I must say that if it were not for David as my real estate broker, I'm not sure I would have gone through it because when it's the first time it can be a bit nerve-racking, especially considering the current market. But with his clever advice, his tremendous support throughout, his patience and understanding of what I would be ready for and what I would not, the experience was seamless! I even got fantastic customer service when the time came to rent the place I bought because David was very keen on giving me the best experience from beginning to end. And I did! So obviously I recommend him 150%
