HSBC announces 10yr fixed mortgage rate at 3.24%!

It's rarely a better deal to lock-in to a 10yr rate vs a 5yr rate, but these days history is being re-written. HSBC is offering it's 10yr fixed mortgage rate at just 3.24% which is an excellent proposition. Another lender is offering even better than that!
